Frequently Asked Questions
Are there charges when dialing numbers or texting?
Calls to landline (01, 02, 03) and mobile (07) are part of your inclusive minutes allowance. Calls to 0800, 0808 and 0500 are free of charge.
If you call numbers starting with 08, 09 or 070, you will be charged additionally, so it is best to look at the specific rates. These charges apply to any other Premium and International numbers.
While SMS or texts are included in our SIM Only Plans, picture messaging or MMS is not included and will be charged for additionally.
Can I keep my phone number?
If you’d like to keep your existing mobile number, we understand!
You just need to call your current service provider and ask for your Port Authorisation Code (PAC). Then kindly call us on 01252 933633 and we’ll take care of the rest. The process usually takes just one working day.
When are my payments due?
All bills and invoices are issued on the 1st of each month. We will collect payment by direct debit on or around the 7th which includes any additional charges for calls, texts or data you’ve used outside your allowance in the previous period.
Are 'unlimited allowances' really unlimited?
All of our unlimited allowances give you heaps more minutes, texts and data than you’ll need for a business or personal mobile.
